Is the system effective in treating specific odours?

Are Ecolo Toronto systems affordable?

Yes, Ecolo Toronto's systems are designed to be extremely efficient. Capital costs, as well as operating costs, are very affordable. Your proposal will include both capital and operating costs so you know exactly what to expect.

How does your service work?

Ecolo Toronto can set-up regular visits to your site to ensure your system is operating effectively to address your odour issues. We will perform an inspection of the equipment and refill the solution container. The only cost to you is the odour neutralizer solution. If maintenance is required on the equipment, we will obtain your approval before we undertake any work. If there is any reason you require service before our regular visit, we can be on site within 24 hours of your call.

How long does it take to have an odour solution in place and working?

We have a large in-house inventory of equipment and solutions on hand. Once you have contacted us, we'll send a Technical Customer Representative to your site to conduct a needs assessment and answer any questions you have. We will then create a proposal with the recommended solution for your facility's odour issues. Typically, this whole process is accomplished within one to two weeks. Actual installation usually takes one to two days.

Why do you have 40 different odour neutralizers?

Broad-spectrum odour neutralizers often include unnecessary ingredients—or miss ingredients that address the specific odour components of certain smells. To neutralize the odours in a cost effective way, we design our products to address specific odour types. This allows you to get to the root of the problem, use less of the solution and save costs.

Is Ecolo Toronto’s odour elimination product safe?

Ecolo Toronto's products are 100% natural, hypoallergenic, environmentally friendly and non-toxic, providing a safe and effective method for neutralizing odours. Our products are all formulated in-house by qualified microbiologists.

Ecolo Toronto's proprietary BioStreme formulation shifts the balance from bad smelling anaerobic bacteria to odour-neutral facultative bacteria by facilitating the growth of naturally occurring odour eliminating bacteria.

How do I get started?

When you're ready to take the first step, just contact our office and we'll send out a Sales Representative to meet with you, conduct a site assessment and answer any questions you have. Within 48 hours of your initial visit from our technical customer representative you will have a proposal specific to your facility with our recommendation for the system(s) that would best work for you.

How does your system work/operate?

Our products are natural, safe and water-free. Instead of spreading a wet mist to mask odour, our system emits a dry vapour that reacts with airborne odours to neutralize them. The system runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to keep unwanted smells out of the air. The system is versatile and can be adopted for garbage rooms or for hallways, lobbies etc.
